Set amongst Vineyards this Luxury 2 bedroomed bungalow is 3 minutes walk away from the Charming Greek Village of Kathikas, with its popular tavernas, bank, well stocked shop and coffee bars. The sun terrace looks towards the sea at Latchi and Coral Bay both within easy reach and 15 minutes drive away. It has 2 bedrooms one double room with en-suite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with shower room opposite. Modern kitchen with washer, fridge, cooker and a breakfast bar. The large lounge/ dining area has an open fireplace, dining table and chairs, lounge suite and television with freeview television. Outside is the private swimming pool and sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture are provided. The property is air conditioned throughout which blows hot or cold air as required. CAR HIRE CAN BE ARRANGED IF NEEDED TO BE AT AIRPORT AND RETURN TO AIRPORT ON DEPARTURE.

The property is situated amongst vineyards and a short walk away from Kathikas village with its popular tavernas, bank and Village shops. A Donkey sanctuary is 5 minutes walk away and Open air Live music and barbecue is available on Tuesdays and Friday nights. A 15 minute drive will take you to Coral Bay with its rows of Tavernas and one of the most popular beaches in the area where a variety of water sports are available. Latchi is also 15 minutes drive north of the property there is a small marina lined with Tavernas and also a diving school available to visitors. Boat trips and diving lessons or diving trips can be arranged from Latchi . Kathikas is a beautiful friendly Greek village where the majority of people speak English. In high summer it is slightly cooler than the towns which make it very popular for locals and visitors alike. There are two Wineries close by which you can visit and sample the local wine of the area. Walking around Kathikas is highly recommended.

Sailing, Scuba Diving, Snorkling : We can arrange Sailing days out with experienced skipper on private yacht. Sail to the Blue Lagoon and Snorkle with 1000's of fish, or choose where you would like to go along the coast. Prices start from 35 euros per party for half a days sailing or do a full day for 60 euros snorkling included. Scuba Diving available at reasonable costs. If you enjoy painting either on location or in studio we can put you in touch with a great teacher. Ask for details. We can also arrange a typical Greek Meze for special occasions or just a holiday treat.
