This modern first floor apartment is perfectly situated in the Port area of Nice, with its many bars and up-market restaurants. It is a five minute walk to the pedestrianised streets of Old Nice with it’s daily flower market and numerous bistros and bars, and a mere ten minute stroll to the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with all mod cons. There is a large loung/dining room, a modern kitchen, three bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities, and two balconies, one of which overlooks a quiet communal garden. This modern first floor apartment is perfectly situated in the Port area of Nice, with its many bars and up-market restaurants. It is a five minute walk to the pedestrianised streets of Old Nice with it’s daily flower market and numerous bistros and bars, and a mere ten minute stroll to the Promenade des Anglais with its sweeping beach and beach restaurants. The beautiful town of Villafranche with its lovely sandy beach is only a ten minute drive away and a half hour drive in either direction takes you to Monte Carlo or Cannes. Alternatively, if you want to get away from it all, a short drive into the hills takes you to the medieval villages of Eze and St.Paul de Vence. In Winter months it is often warm enough to sit outside at a pavement café, yet ski-ing facilities are just over a one hour drive away. The Apartment is therefore a perfect year-round place to stay for either a relaxing beach holiday, an active, sightseeing City holiday, or as a base for touring the area.
