Position, Rooms and Mansarda: POSITION This is a bright apartment (90 square meters), recently restored with exposed beams and floor antique Venetian, located on the third floor of a 1700’s building , in the splendid Campo dei Frari, at the centre of Venice. ROOMS On the third floor you find the following rooms: - Entrance with two closets and opendoor with intercom; - Kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer); - A single room / study (bookcases,1800’s bed, table and chair) with a small safe; - A double bedroom (closet, bookcases, a double bed for a couple or two people); - A living room / dining room (two sofas, a 1800’s comò', table with 4 chairs, satellite TV, DVD - CD, radio); - A white bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, large shower, window); The windows offer a splendid view of the Campo dei Frari and the Church. Terrace, facilites and services: TERRACE (Altana) From the attic you go up to the typical Venetian terrace (altana) from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Venice. The terrace is equipped with five chairs and a table for breakfast and relax. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture and has been restored even in the common areas (roof, walls, stairs). FACILITIES We meet our guests personally, at San Tomà boat stop which is very near the apartment (located in Campo dei Frari). We provide of Venice guides and maps and all the informations helpful about the city. We make available many sets of keys. SERVICES Campo dei Frari is located near the train station (Saint Lucia), Terminal buses and cars (Piazzale Roma), the Rialto Bridge, the Piazza San Marco (10 - 15-minute walk) and is served by the public service ACTV boats (No. 1, No. 2) with a stopover in San Tomà (15 - 20 minutes).
