This apartment enjoys an exceptional position and looked for right in the heart of the district of GUELIZ, in a quiet street; making it an ideal base to visit the city (in 15 minutes on foot of the place Djemaa El Fna), while taking advantage on the spot of all the conveniences: banks, restaurants, cinema... (The tourist office is only 100 metres away). It is situated in a new luxury residence with elevator, intercom and guard. It is completely furnished and equipped (linen, bathroom linen, dishes, and supplied kitchenware). The equipment also includes: satellite TV (more than 300 channels) as well as a reversible air conditioning in all the rooms. THE NUMEROUS SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (GOVERNESS, COOK) make the whole rental exceptional value for money. To you relax after your long days of walking in the markets and medinas of Marrakech, you can draw benefit from the swimming pool, located just 50 meters from the residence, with a separate pool for children(paying access).

Close to the famous ‘Djemaa El Fna Square’ (about 10 minutes walk) and close shopping and other amenities : Coffee shops and Restaurants, Banks, Markets, Tourist Office, Night Clubs, Luxury stores, Cinemas.....etc. You will discover the 'Life of Marrakech' within 100 meters from your apartment. Gueliz is the European quarter of Marrakech and the heart of the city. The accommodation is private but is still in the centre of the liveliness of Marrakech (trendy restaurants, bars, pubs, banks, shops with luxury items...)
