| Notes: | Our villa has been designed for large groups . Each apartment has a kitchen, dining area, CD players. The children's entertainment room is located at the entrance to the 3 bed room apartment. HOME CINEMA ROOM/ Conference room with wall projection and surround sound. This is located on the ground floor (SEPARATE FROM any apartment). The 10 x 5 Swimming pool has 2 Covered Cabanas with indoor bars and fridge with marble table and seating area, Separate Shower for the swimming pool and cloakroom. Large Purpose built BBQ. A games area with table tennis and pool table. Table football and darts. Sun loungers have cushions and low side tables. The view from the pool is the breathtaking Montgo Mountain, Not overlooked. Bed Linen and towels changed every Saturday morning 10 am. The Swimming Pool is cleaned twice a week, early morning. Daily maid service, or weekly full clean available at extra charge. Our villa is for large families wishing to holiday together and yet have there own apartments with lots of surrounding space. For children there is an entertainment room with DVD, VCR, Xbox 360 portable CD player. For entertainment around the pool there is a pool table, table tennis, table football and air hokey. The Pool is completely private with grape vineyard and orange trees surrounding. The View of the Montgo Mountain and the lights from the old town at night is breath taking. The Home cinema room is available to all, although we ask parents to supervise children. We do have on the 1st floor of the villa a beautiful area where all guests can congregate together for meals. The large table has seating for up to 18 persons. Each apartment has there own dining table inside and also outside their door.
upon arrival
This is a NO Smoking villa. Upon arrival the owner will offer you an introduction to our villa and surrounding area. We ask you to leave the villa as you found it and empty all your bins and rubbish in the supplied bins across the road. The owner will walk around the villa before your departure and we ask you to point out anything that might have got broken so that we can replace it in time for our next guests arrival. Please ensure that all guests have there own holiday insurance. We can cater for Birthday parties Wedding celebrations etc. If you book our coach service the driver will greet you at the airport arrivals, and take you to the coach and bring you to the villa. The villa is available after 3pm and departure time is no later than 10am If you choose to hire cars ask us for a quote first. The villa drive can take up to 5 cars. The drive way is gravel.
Local attractions
Tennis club with restaurant, Bar and swimming pool. Scuba Diving and Go carts and children’s farm zoo, only 5 mins walk. Supermarket is only a 2 min walk away. Excursions can be arranged to Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm approx 50 mins away from Javea. Wonderful day and evening out. Price includes all rides, tours and shows. We suggest you arrive at 9am to avoid disappointment. Further local attractions. Aqualandia is a water theme park. Sea World, Benidorm. Benidorm Palace Show and 4 course meal Casino Mediterraneo, Spectacular Dinner show full of fantasy. Jalon Valley with wine tasting and beautiful country side only 30 mins drive away. Caves and Guadelest village 35 mins. We can arrange Excursions in advance for you.

Golf Information:
We have many golf clubs on the Costa Blanca. Club de Golf Javea, course 9 holes is only 1 mile away and then there is La Sella 18 holes only 5 miles, with the Marriot Hotel with Beauty salons and Gymnasium. Club de golf ifach 9 holes in Moraira. Club Oliva is a new development 20 miles away. There are many more in Alicante and Valencia which are only 1 hour drive away. We can send brochures of the clubs if you require. Our prices are £40 per room sleeping 2 per night. A minimum of 4 nights including Continental Breakfast. We can pre arrange golf in Oliva Nova Golf club and La Sella. Mini bus or coaches available for transfers. Please ask for prices.

We were a family group of 16, from 81yrs to 11yrs. The mid-August heat was a challenge for some of the adults - it meant we had to be lazy! The teenagers had a ball. The pool area couldn't have been better; the depth of the pool was perfect for lots of games, table tennis and pool table much used, and still plenty of space for adults to flop with books. The kids had plenty of space to gather indoors in the shade too. They were also able to walk to Arenal independently for meals, shops etc. Much use of the barbecue, and Naya. Inside, the villa is as described - spacious and very comfortable. The option of privacy in the separate apartments, or using the communal space, really is a bonus with such a mixture of ages.Some of the rooms have traffic noise at night. Lovely food at the Tennis Club restaurant, and a v. friendly reception at An Shebean, together with English football on TV for some of us! The walk to the port area was hot but worthwhile. Some of us did the boat trip to Denia and loved it for the views, cooling breeze, and a good lunch on the harbour at Denia. The indoor food market in the old town is well worth a visit - more so than the weekly market. The evening stalls at Arenal looked more interesting. Most of the tourists in Javea are Spanish, which gives the place a nice 'feel'. Sharon and Adrian really are impressive hosts. Most of us opted not to hire cars, and Adrian both sorted out travel to theme parks, and also did us several favours, which were much appreciated. They did their best to help with a lost mobile phone too. Highly recommended.
