This south facing sun drenched apt is centrally located & 2 minutes walk from the beach - on the beach effectively! There are lovely sea and mountain views from the spacious terrace. Shops, restaurants & bars are all within walking distance. Mojacar village, a gorgeous, hilly, traditional Spanish village with white washed houses & incredible views is 1.5 miles away & accessible via the local bus which operates a regular schedule in both summer & winter. It is an ideal location if you don't wish to rent a car although car parking in the complex is plentiful. Amenities include diving, horse riding, golf, karting, walking & mountaineering. The apartment is at the second highest level which contributes to the great views. Yet, it is designed so that you only have to climb one set of stairs when entering from the rear of complex. It is spotlessly clean and fitted with mosquito nets throughout. It is 58 sq metres (624 sq feet). Rental prices are kept low to ensure ongoing occupancy.

These chairs can be easily moved to the dining area if required. There is a lovely spacious terrace with mountain and sea views (14 square metres / 146 square feet). The terrace has an outdoor table with four chairs and two sun loungers. It has Sky and Spanish satellite television. The apartment is fully fitted out with mosquito nets. Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and two bedrooms. Fans are also provided. The air conditioning also functions as an efficient heating system forwinter visitors. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach where there are shops, restaurants, banks and other amenities - it is effectively on the beach!
