The 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the villa and it has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, both ensuite. It has a separate independent entrance through a veranda with table and chairs. The living room has TV, CD/DVD, safe and two comfortable sofas with one of them opening to a bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person. The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric ceramic top cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cutlery. The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter months. Sleeps up to 5pax. Maid service 3 times per week.

Notes to the rental rates

• Please note, all the above rates are for ground floor, air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment based on occupancy of up to 4 pax. Extra bed for 5th person -£49.00 per week. All rates are per apartment (not per person), per week in pounds sterling.
  
• Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
  
• 30% deposit required when making a reservation.
  Balance normally payable 6 weeks before arrival. Deposits can be paid direct to our UK bank or by bank transfer to our account in Portugal.
  Shorter stays than one week possible subject to availability.

All three 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are spacious, comfortable with air conditioning and verandas on the ground floor and balconies on the first floor. For guests not wanting a kitchen we also have DOUBLE BEDROOM with private bathroom with bath & shower combination, TV, fridge and kettle. Surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden Villa Eber offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds. A perfect setting away from the crowds for maximum relaxation. We can guarantee you a stress free holiday! Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels. There is a private parking on our premises.

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber. We can also reserve taxi or a minibus from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €31.00 ( £24) for 4pax to €49.00 ( £39 ) for 8pax and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and there is a local cafe just 50 meters from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside. A taxi to the centre of Albufeira is approximately £3.80. Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes. A superb choice for your dream holiday at an unbeatable price !

Golf Information:

There are currently 25 courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villa, some only 10-15 minutes. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. Whatever your level of skills or dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve.
