Notes to the rental rates

• - Please note all the above rates are per week based on maximum of 6pax.
  - Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
  - Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival). If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa.
  
• - 30% deposit required when making a reservation - Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival.
  - Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
  - Breakage deposit of €250.00 (approx. £200.00) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occurred.
  - Christmas & New Year supplement - £120.00 per week.
  - 4 electric oil heaters in the bedrooms & living room (normally from November to March) €140.00 per week.

Car hire, taxi transfer & local information

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Costa. We can also reserve a taxi or a minibus from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €31.00 (approximately £24.50 ) for up to 4 pax to €40.00 (approximately £32.00) for up to 6 pax and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. There are two excellent local restaurants within about 8 minutes walk. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarvian countryside. Zoomarine and water parks ( children will love it ! ) are 10-20 minutes drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes. A superb choice for your dream holiday at an unbeatable price!

GOLF INFORMATION

GOLF INFORMATION --- There are currently 25 golf courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villa, some only 10-15 minutes. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. The choice is simply superb.
