Villa Carreira is a very spacious 3 bedroom villa ( all en-suite ) with a private swimming pool and accommodation split as follows. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and spacious living/dining room ( over 30m2 ) with patio doors leading to a very large terrace with swimming pool, umbrellas and sun beds. If you enjoy grilling there is a purpose build brick barbecue for those unforgettable summer evenings outside with bottle of wine. Half way through the staircase to the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the pool.On the first floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom and veranda. Parking space is provided.Housekeeper/caretaker lives on the property site in an annex with a seperate entrance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
  
• Please note all the above rates are per villa, per week ( not per person ) based on up to 6pax. - Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival). If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa.
  - Air conditioning (in the living room only) available at additional cost of €50.00 per week.
  
• - 30% deposit required when making a reservation
  - Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival.
  - Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
  - Breakage deposit of €250.00 (approx. £180.00) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occurred.

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car in Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to the villa. We can also reserve a taxi or a minibus from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The cost is from €31.00 (approximately £24.50 ) for 4pax and €40.00 (approximately £32.00) for 6pax and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes. - The are two excellent local restaurants (both with bars) within 8 minutes walk. Ideal if you like country walks. Very close to the villas you will find a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarvian countryside.- Zoomarine and water parks (children will love it !) are 10-20 minutes by car. - Golf courses are only 10 - 15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira about 5 minutes. A superb choice for your dream holiday at an unbeatable price !

GOLF INFORMATION

There are currently 25 golf courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villas, some only 10 minutes. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Vila Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. The choice is simply superb.
