This apartment is located in the 2d district, only 5 minutes walk from major places of interest like the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame & the river Seine, the opera... Food shopping is very easy and convenient only a couple of blocks away, at rue Montorgueil, a very well known street with its daily open-air market. The building is in excellent condition, it has been renovated in 2003. There is a large room with queen size bed, large closet, sofa-bed, coffee table, cable TV + CD player, armchairs. Then there is a kitchen, w/stove/oven, toaster, coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a microwave and a dishwasher. Bathroom is separate and has one washbasin, one standing shower and a WC. The whole apartment is brand new. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, bedding, etc are brand new. Linen and towels are provided. There is a phone line, limited to local calls.
