This spacious 2 bedroom fully furnished villa can accommodate up to eight people, as it also has three sofa beds and is therefore an ideal property for a group of friends or a large family. It also has its own patio, landscaped garden, outside shower and private swimming pool. The property includes 2 bedrooms, together with a three -piece bathroom suite on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor. A number of appliances including dishwasher, freezer, TV, CD player, washing machine and dryer have also been included and designed to make life as easy as possible for you during your stay. The property is just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful local beach, and is close to a number of local restaurants that cater for all budgets. Alternatively, should you wish to check out the bars and clubs in Protaras or Ayia Napa, then there is a bus stop right outside the development, although a taxi is also not expensive.

The lovely, family oriented location of Ayia Triada is ideally located within very close distance to all other main towns in Famagusta district, being Ayia Napa, the furthest away, only 15 minutes drive. Around this area you can find a wide variety of activities since water sports, scuba diving, daily boat trips along the coast, Minigolf, Go Carts available, and the fun Water Park in Protaras and Ayia Napa. All these activities can be combined with a relaxing time in the local beach, followed by a delicious family dinner at one of the many restaurants or Cypriot Taverns located in the area.
