The Algarve::
The Algarve is a place where tourists go at all year round because the weather is almost always good. It rarely gets uncomfortably hot during the summer and it rarely gets uncomfortably cold in the winter, so one can holiday in comfort in the area throughout the year.
The springtime lasts for several months at the beginning of each year and is often a preferred time for people to travel and they can enjoy the fresh plant life in the area. In the Autumn when the leaves change color on many of the local trees it is a wonderful sight. Winter and Summer are also enjoyable times in Algarve, with winter being a warm getaway for the people from cold locations and summer being enjoyed for its beach activity and golf activity.
Algarve tourists rarely have to worry about rain in the area, as almost every day is sunny. However showers can be had from November through to February. This region is a very mature tourist area with very friendly locals some of the best golf courses in Europe.

Algarve Golf:
Club Albufeira is 15 Min from Villamoura a first class golfing destination, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity. The Old Course was Vilamoura’s first, opened in 1969. It enjoys gentle, sloping hills with tree-lined fairways. This course hosted the Portuguese Open in 1970 and 1979. Pinhal winds through umbrella pines. It’s not as difficult as the Old Course and is more forgiving for the average golfer. On the Laguna course, water hazards come into pay on more than half the holes, so bring plenty of golf balls! It is a real test of golfing accuracy. The Millennium Course, opened in 2000, is destined to become one of the most attractive and interesting courses in Portugal. Finally, the brand new Victoria Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, was opened in September 2004. It hosted the Algarve World Cup in November 2005.
