Welcome to Coral Retreat. A privately owned villa in a superb location a mere 2 minute stroll to the charming restaurants, bars and shops. A further 10 minute stroll takes you to the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay. Set in a quiet cul de sac you will be assured peace, to relax by the private pool in the large well tended patio and garden areas. Enjoy alfresco dining, cooked on the Cypriot style BBQ. The villa enjoys a large open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a very high standard with your every comfort in mind. Air-con, satellite TV and DVD/CD. Patio doors open onto the terrace, catching the welcome evening breeze. There is a fully equipped kitchen (see over) and ground floor cloakroom. The 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms all benefit from air-con, fitted wardrobes etc. The master bedroom is complete with en-suite and large patio windows leading onto the balcony, where you can watch the sunrise over the mountains and set over the Mediterranean seas. Superb!

Chic restaurants mingling with traditional tavernas, shops and beautiful beaches make Coral Bay the perfect location for a family holiday. An excellent bus service is accessed 2 minutes away running regularly to Paphos (historic old town and market, excellent shopping) and the harbour. Car hire although not essential makes exploring a must. Areas of outstanding natural beauty, just 15 minutes drive to the Akamas nature reserve. 1 hr drive to the Troodos mountains (skiing in winter). For the children safe swimming in the local beaches, enjoy many water sports and a visit to the water park at Paphos, a mere 20 minute drive. Pamper yourself at the 5* Coral Beach spa resort or the Thalassa boutique hotel. Visit the 3 local golf courses, which can be found at Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley or Tsada all within a 25 minute drive.

Notes: Coral Retreat is a family friendly villa, newly furnished to a very high standard, your comfort and enjoyment is of utmost importance. Maid service once a week, unless otherwise arranged, pool cleaning twice weekly. Cot and high chair hire is available, payable locally. A 2 minute walk takes you to the supermarkets, shops and banks. A short drive to the village of Peiga, where you will find a butchers, bakers and many traditional tavernas. Relax in the fragrant and colourful, garden and pool areas, there are 6 loungers with parasols and a large family sized patio table with 6 chairs and 3m parasol. At night the pool is lit and special up lighters have been installed to highlight the features and tropical plants. The pool has a shallow end for children with ladders either end. Pool side shower. There is a large Cypriot style BBQ. The use of air-con, pool towels and a welcome pack are complimentary to this villa. No smoking inside the villa.
