Photos and Description of the Aydin holiday villa

The villa can be found on the outskirts of Altinkum, bordering the Aegean Sea. It is in a quiet, gated community, with access to two swimming pools, a tennis court, bar, shop and restaurant. It is next to a lovely beach, set within a small cove, offering safe swimming in the shallow waters for small children. The lively bars and restaurants of Altinkum are a 10 minute drive away, with many of the restaurants offering a free taxi service to and from the villa. The villa is very spacious (can sleep 8) offering approximately 215 sq meters of living space arranged over three floors. There are three double bedrooms, four bathrooms, including a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There is 24 hour security, and allocated parking alongside the villa, with an ample grassy play area to the rear of the property. The region remains unspoilt, and offers something for everyone, whether it is relaxing on one of the numerous sandy beaches nearby or exploring Turkey's rich cultural history.

Located between Bodrum and Kusadasi, on the Aegean Coast, our villa is on the outskirts of Didim, also known as Altinkum, in a quiet cove - one of many along this part of the coast. It is only 10 minutes away from all of the bars, restaurant and shops of Altinkum, but far enough away to offer a peaceful and relaxing holiday for those who just what to spend their time enjoying a drink around one of the two pools or playing on the sandy beach, with the kids. Didim is a true taste of Turkey. It enjoys a splendid mix of influences with many Turkish and cosmopolitan restaurants, shops of all shapes and sizes and a large Saturday street market, which is not to be missed. The whole area is steeped in ancient history, with the famous ruined temple of Apollo only a few minutes drive away. You can also visit the Roman city of Ephesus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and is regarded as one of the best preserved sites in Asia Minor.

On receipt of a signed booking form and a 25% deposit, your booking will be confirmed and a receipt and details of the accomodation sent to you. The balance payment will be required a minimum of six weeks prior to departure. On receipt of this final payment, details and a receipted invoice will be sent to you. If the booking is subsequently cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • A full British passport is required for Turkey and must be valid for 6 months after returning from your holiday. All visitors to Turkey are required to pay a visa fee of ten pounds per person, payable in sterling.
