Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort: This 5 star resort is set to become the most exclusive on the south east coast of Spain. The resort has a very open feel to it, with wide boulevards, lots of flower beds, palm and orange trees. This gated resort also has 24 hour security for peace of mind. Surrounded by the beautiful Spanish countryside yet only a short journey to stunning beaches, historic cities or a range of activities for fun days out.
The Costa Calida and Murcia: Situated on the south east coast of Spain this region is one of Europes best kept secrets, enjoying around 320 days of sunshine per year and average temperatures of 18'C (64'F) in the winter months and 30'C (86'F) in summer. With a unspoilt coast line of around 250km, there are countless Blue Flag beaches to visit.
Getting There: Murcia Airport - San Javier - is a 20 minute drive to the apartment and Alicante 50 minutes. A number of budget airlines fly to Murcia including Easyjet, Jet2, Bmi, Flybe, XL and Ryanair. Car hire can easily be arranged at the airport or prior to your arrival.
Golf: The Par 71 El Valle Championship Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus Design. The course has a desert links feel to it with wide open spaces, exotic plants and flowers, rocks, caves and water hazards. El Valle is a stern test for low handicappers while still enjoyable for all. A number of other courses available in the area included La Torre, La Manga, Mosa Trajectum, La Tercia, Roda, Peraleja and Corvera to name just a few. All within a short drive of the apartment.
