The balconies have a private aspect overlooking beautiful gardens. Two twin bedrooms having their own private bathrooms, each fully tiled and equipped with bath-tubs, shower, and bidet. Full bed linen and towels provided with mid and end of week towel change. Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Free shuttle bus runs at scheduled times weekdays to the town just 2km away with nearby beautiful shelved beaches. Nearby challenging golf courses and superb beaches. Friendly multilingual reception desk offers excursions, Internet, public telephones and library.

Notes to the rental rates

• 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. An additional £100 deposit refundable cheque against any damages payable together with the balance amount and refunded within 14 days if all is well in the apartment after your departure. All prices are inclusive of utilities, air conditioning and the use of the club`s facilities. All clients will be met by a representative at the apartment to welcome and hand you the key. Small welcome groceries pack can be provided to assist those with an early morning/late night arrival. Apartment is available from 3pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day.
  Change over day flexible. Champagne/Flowers on arrival can be arranged ! We ask that smoking is restricted to the balcony.
  
• Car Hire can be arranged for your entire stay or for specified days delivery either to Faro Airport or to the Club Albufeira. For those who do not wish to drive airport transfer fees are 45 Euros each way for up to 4 passengers and 55 Euros each way for up to 7 passengers.
  Car hire is not essential as the Club Albufeira runs a free courtesy four times daily to the Old Town Albufeira which has beautiful shelved beaches as well as shops and a vibrant night-life. Taxis to anywhere in Albufeira can be booked at the Reception Office and cost just 5 Euro.
  However the excellent motorway just minutes drive away provides the opportunity to explore all of the fabulous Algarve beaches and cliff top walks east and west of Albufeira.
  
• Activities on site are swimming ,sunbathing at any of the three magnificent pools, a children swing park, pool table, football machine, crazy golf, BBQs, restaurant and snack bars. Established attractions such as Zoomarine and Splash and Slide are within easy reach and the Club Albufeira reception office can arrange a very wide range of other excursions (horse riding / safaris / deep sea fishing / etc). The reception office offers public telephones, broadband Internet connection for those wishing to keep abreast of their Emails, a reading library, and a visa cash machine paying out in Euro currency.
  Guests of the Club Albufeira can obtain a pass from the Reception Office to visit the Camping Albufeira site opposite the Club where there are shops, pools, tennis courts, and a weekly social program of quiz, BBQ, and karaoke evenings.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in the Algarve, Portugal

Terms and Conditions

All prices are for the cost of the apartment itself, inclusive of all utilities and the use of the club’s facilities. Just a 20% deposit will secure your booking. In the event of needing to cancel the holiday for whatever reason, this deposit is fully refundable provided that a minimum of 8 weeks notice is given. At 8 weeks before the start of your holiday the remaining balance is then payable. Additionally a £100 deposit cheque will be required to cover any damages / breakages. This will be returned to you in full, if all is well in the apartment after you leave. For those arriving late a small welcome pack of breakfast can be provided. High chairs, cots, fold-away beds can be hired and airport transfers / car hire can be arranged. All clients will be met by an on-site representative. The apartment is available ,latest ,from 3pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day. Champagne on arrival can be arranged! Smoking is restricted to the Balcony.

Transport

Car Hire can be arranged for your entire stay or for specified days delivered to the Club Albufeira or collected at Faro airport. For those who do not wish to drive airport transfer fees are £45 / Euros70 return. Taxi fares to anywhere in Albufeira Town average only 5 Euros. A public bus service to Old Town Albufeira runs from outside the Club Albufeira every half hour at ten minutes past the hour and twenty minutes to the hour.Additionally Club Albufeira runs a free courtesy bus service to Old Town Albufeira twice daily. Variations

November -February Bookings. As Winter days in the Algarve are still hot with only the evenings getting chilly, this can be a really good time to book. Consider the advantages: *Hot sunny days, *cheaper accommodation rates, *cheaper flights, * no crowds, *empty beaches and cliff top walks, *instant service everywhere. *Cozy evenings guaranteed with the air-con turbo heater, wall heaters and wood burner, satellite tv, dvd player, films and games selection. Special Green Fees for Club Albufeira Guests are available for the following Golf Courses: *VILAMOURA 1,2 AND 3 *MILLENIUM *SALGADOS *VILA SOL *PINTA *GRAMACHO Discount Bookings are made via the reception office of the Club Albufeira Nearest golf course to the Club Albufeira are:- Sheraton Pine Cliffs - Pinhal do Concelho: 9 holes, 2274 metre course, par 33 (Exclusive cliff-top resort above Falésia beach). Salgados Golf Club - Vale do Rabelho 18 holes, 6080 metre course, par 72 (Algarve's newest course, with lots of lakes and water hazards). Balaia Golf Village 9 holes, 984 metre course (Very pretty; imposing clubhouse; reasonable degree of difficulty for small course). Vilamoura (Loulé district) The Old Course 18 holes, 6254 metre course, par 73 (Narrow fairways with umbrella pines - good test of accuracy). Pinhal 18 holes, 6300 metre course, par 72 (Pine-lined fairways in rolling countryside; small greens requiring accuracy of approach). Laguna 18 holes, 6133 metre course, par 72 (Flat, with 'interesting' water hazards). Millénnium 18 holes, 6200 metre course, par 72 (Revamped first nine holes in rolling parkland, back nine in umbrella pines). Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire (no t-shirts) will be allowed to play. Payment in cash required at Golf Club.
